About Me

Professional rigor, human perspective.

What I do today is the result of where I have worked, how I have lived, and what I care about. From international leadership roles to local engagement, these experiences shape my approach to clarity, collaboration, and responsibility.

Career, Experience & Capabilities

I have spent more than two decades working at the intersection of innovation, business development, and complex negotiations. My career spans senior leadership roles in international industrial and technology-driven organizations, where I built new businesses, developed value chains, led large investment projects, and negotiated partnerships across technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory domains.

With a background in engineering and biotechnology, I combine analytical rigor with hands-on leadership experience. I have led interdisciplinary teams, managed high-stakes projects, and worked closely with executive leadership, procurement, sales, legal, public affairs, communications and project organizations. This perspective allows me to bridge strategy and execution — translating complex challenges into structured, workable solutions.

A defining element of my work has been intercultural collaboration. I have led and negotiated projects across Asia, India, China, North and South America, as well as across Europe, working with diverse stakeholders, regulatory environments, and business cultures. This experience has shaped a pragmatic, respectful approach to negotiation — one that balances local context with global standards and governance.

Today, I focus on helping organizations strengten innovation and negotiation as repeatable capabilities, supported by clear structure and responsible use of AI.

Where I Live

After spending over a decade each in vibrant Berlin and the stunning landscapes of Munich and Bavaria, I am now based near Cologne, Germany — Home is where the Dom is. A region shaped by trade, industry, and cultural exchange for centuries or even millennia. Cologne’s warm and pragmatic mindset influences how I work: open communication, respect for different perspectives, and a focus on practical solutions. Its central location in Europe and strong industrial ecosystem also make it a natural hub for international collaboration.

Beyond Work and paying it forward

Alongside my professional work, I am actively involved in voluntary and social initiatives. Among other activities, I support Tafel Köln, helping collect and distribute food to people in need. One element of my way to pay forward. These activities ground my work in a broader perspective: progress is not only about performance and efficiency, but also about responsibility, fairness, and enabling others to succeed.
